Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Google Calendar Data: With your permission, we access your Google Calendar to check for scheduling conflicts and create calendar events for booked tutoring sessions. We also generate Google Meet links for online sessions.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates, and status) for bookkeeping purposes.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including session bookings, availability settings, and session types created.

5. Google User Data

We use Google Calendar data solely to check availability conflicts and create/manage tutoring session events.
We store OAuth access and refresh tokens securely in our database to maintain calendar access on your behalf. We also store Google Calendar event IDs and Google Meet links associated with booked sessions.
We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account permissions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Payment records are retained as required for legal and accounting obligations. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and encrypted. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
